The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Wednesday issued a stern warning to BJP and the main Opposition Congress, asking the two major political parties to desist from campaigning along caste, community, language, and communal lines.
The poll panel asked BJP president JP Nadda and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge to issue formal notes to their star campaigners, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi, to correct their discourse, exercise care and maintain decorum.

The 17C form does not reveal the details of to who the people voted for. So there will be no legal problem.
On the contrary, the difference between the voting and the percentage of votes would be brought to light. So the BJP and the Election Commission are afraid.

All three of them wre elected by BJP coz person involved in appointment procedure was Modi, Amit Shah and one from opposition party and they voted the condidate to be appointed as Election Commissioners at the wish of modi and shah coz vote will always go in favour of modi-shah since it is two against one.

Even in a small company if I've to relieve my job I have to give 1 month notice for the Company to arrange for an alternative. How EC Chief left his job just like that too not even 1 month for Election. Within 2 days they are appointing new EC chief and announcing Election date. Who prepared Election Schedule did new EC has enough time to go over?
Doubt is that, EC this time gave option to vote from home to senior citzens and there is big chance that can be manipulated.

The Election Commission has not yet announced the voter turnout percentage. The election has already concluded with a voter turnout of 90%. However, there has been a sudden declaration by the Election Commission that the voter turnout has increased by 11% (10300000). How can this be explained? Today, the Supreme Court has sought clarification from the Election Commission regarding this matter. Despite this request, the Commission has indicated that providing such clarification is not within their jurisdiction. It seems that the Election Commission may be indirectly favoring a bjp

Form 17c is kept in a sealed cover which is opened at the time of counting. The data which is provided after one or two days are based on collection of those on hear say of the presiding officer
I was presiding officer in this election . Polling agents are allowed to take pictures of form 17 C . Before counting they can match total no of votes. There’s no way EVM can be tempered.

All EVM are sealed with signatures of Polling Agent of all political Parties.And Presiding officer shared polling data with Political Agent of all parties available there.
But final compilation of data is time consuming because all PO are not tech friendly and they do work manually.
No poll data should be released before all polling is done.
