"They're better off without you".
Love this line!
“They’re better off without you” is a great response to the “I’ve got a family” line
All denzel characters has this similar, calm, yet intimidating feeling to them.
It's called greatness.
It's called greatness.
I've often said you've got four of the main black movie stars, Denzel, Samuel L, Ving Rhames, and Delroy Lindo. Two are yoked and two are normal build. Of each subset, one is super loud and boisterous and the other very calm and measured. In their roles that is.
It's called he can only play one character.
@@walterthegoat9070 he can actually play alot of differently roles
I could watch a 4 hour movie of just Denzel's character and Chris Pratt's character all day long. Best reboot I've seen in a LONG TIME.
@@joelhoulette3244 nah for me is both
@@joelhoulette3244 Good, but no match for the original.
@@williamfuller2389 Out of curiosity, which original are you referring to? This is a remake of the 1960 movie, The Magnificent Seven. Of course, that itself is a remake of the 1954 Kurosawa classic, Seven Samurai.
@@MrWhit-mp2vn Do you understand Japanese? I'm not terribly fond of subtitles either. I'm referencing the original English language version, of course. The 2016 film was also based on the 1960 version, being set in the American Old-West.
naah this movie was terrible
If you told me Denzel Washington could kill with a whisper, I'd believe you.
The 1960 version is a classic. And always will be.But as far as reboots go I can live with this. Denzel brings it as always.
This is where the bounty hunter knew Faraday was a skilled shooter too. Faraday was quick to draw and return his gun and knew exactly what Denzel was.
Magnificent BULL.
Game recognizes Game
Exactly!
Denzel was superb in this movie like he always is. One of the greatest actors of all time with that presence on screen! I prefer this to the 1960 version.
The original is legendary
He's the black Harrison Ford.
One of the very few reboots that was worth something.
This boy got dead eye skills
Whoah partner, that's some reference you got there
*this boah
Me in red dead against the AI
boy?
@@besarb2639 no feller BOAH
That moment when u have no sympathy even tho he say he got family just say this " they better off with out you"
Dude I want silent and tensed up. That’s when I knew he was a straight savage & old dude was done 😦
Now thats the way I've always pictured Bass Reeves the greatest lawman that ever lived. A US marshal working in the Oklahoma Indian territory for "hanging Judge Parker".
Wow... Thnx for history lesson. Never heard of him
S
You notice Denzel character has a resemblance to the actual Bass Reves. I think it was his way of paying respect to him.
@@nathanbradford6967 Now that you mention it now I see the resemblance.
Yes finally someone else sees it!
Awesome Reboot. Very entertaining western, good guys dealing justice to slime bags. Original always has place in my pantheon of westerns but hasn't aged well. Reboot was called for
WHAT please explain how the orginal hasn't aged well?
Keeping things naunced characters aren’t established much and don’t bond much. Harry and lee don’t do much. No group shots of all seven fighting together which would’ve been cool to see.
They were all wanted (except Sam) none of them were “good” did you even watch the movie, the black bounty hunter has wanted posters for these guys
@@keepingthingsnaunced9954 Sergio leones dollar series movies from the 1960s, josey wales from the 1970s and the unforgiven from the 1990s are all time great movies that i enjoy watching to this day. The 1960 magnificent seven does not really have that effect on me but this 2016 remake does! Maybe its just my personal opinion but i look for a certain 'soul' in movies and only some of them have it.
@@mitchbell7439 oh boy, did you miss the point of the movie? Just because someone has a badge or is not wanted does not mean he's "good".
“They’re better off without you”
Yul would be pleased!!!
That's the line that got me too.
The delivery was so damn smooth
Denzel Washington is faster than a lighting bolt and wear the all-black outfit. 100% epic 👍👍👍😃😃😃
Haha just realized Denzel's character saw the other men in the mirror behind the bar so he knew where to shoot XD
02:08 When your mom tells you to do something and you don't so she starts to grab the slipper
I usually like to screw with my mother and act like I’m not gonna do it. Eventually she convinced me after wrestling. 😂
Denzel is the man. No doubt about it.
Chris Pratt is looking like a next gen Clint Eastwood with that cigar! He pulls it off pretty good!
Your joking right
Indisputably the two best portrayals of "law men" in movies are Kurt Russel as Wyatt Earp and Denzel Washington in this movie.
There should be another western with both of them chasing a criminal.
Denzel is so great in every film he's in.
I gotta say, when I saw the movie in theaters, the crack of the gunshots were always intense.
Fuqua has GOT to make a sequel for this film!!
Four of the seven are dead, no reason for a sequel to exist.
Denzel in a western themed movie.. my life is complete
We're gonna ignore the fact Farraday peeped the other guys card's? 😂
He wanted to know if he’d won or lost before taking the pot.
Faraday had to help Chisolm without him noticing otherwise he could have been shot. Chisolm saw him helping him from the mirror but that never made them friends in these seconds. He holster the gun in such awesome speed, excellent scene and awesome western mannerism from Denzel. His accent leaves guys like Brad Pitt in total shame.
it almost seems unnatural the way Faraday puts his gun away and returns to his previous position. His whole body is just so still throughout the draw and withdraw.
Ya'all love Denzel. I'm still messed up after watching "Training Day". Just funnin', both great movies.
Did you know the young white cop that Denzel is with in training day is the same actor that plays goodnight in this movie
They better off without you.
"A shot of "bust-head".
"Sorry I don't carry that kind."
Dude, bust-head is literally a term for home brewed whiskey, so....really?
You got to love how StarLord keeps his gun in his holster
Good to see Django alive and well.
After Denzel says, There better off without you! I'm yellng at my laptop. DON'T DO IT!
Dat scene never gets old
"To the town of Agua Fria rode a stranger one fine day.."
Haven’t seen this movie but I’m a big fan of westerns but Denzel looks great in a western
You gotta watch it!! It's hella good!!
“Money for blood is a peculiar business” Says the degenerate gambler to the state marshal.
Damn, I loved this movie and this scene was brilliant. For some reason, it reminded me of the videogame call *GUN* from Playstation2. Fun western game.
I would pay good money to see a sequel to this movie if ever made possible 😎
If they will be making a Bass Reeves movie they should cast Denzel in it he's great in a I loved this Classic Remake Denzel was great in a Western 👏
1:35 I'm not trying to get shot look lol
After all that peaceful violence and soothing killings, I'm so glad Fandango used the black bars at 2:25 to preserve my tender sensibilities from any sort of upsetting sight.
1:38 If you look close there's no firing pin on the hammer of Faraday's gun. This is probably a Ruger Vaquero that they used as a prop, the newer Ruger revolvers use a transfer bar firing system so that the revolver can hold 6 rounds instead of just 5. If there was a firing pin like on the older 1873 revolvers and it was holding 6, the firing pin would be resting on a live round's primer. Not a good idea.
Sooo, Denzel is a just another EQUALIZING MAN ON FIRE here 😅😅
I need more Denzel westerns dammit
The crispness to the gun play is great. Everything is so smooth.
This movie had everyone in it
Love the original watched it with my grandma when I was young this is one the best remakes of all time
Denzel and Pratt, great actors and really gool dudes,.
I want this movie!.. Go Denzel!..
You want it? Buy it on DVD.
magnificent actor
The fact that he already knew who's about to shoot him...
Shaken the rest of the bar up, no one was trying it again.
How did Chisholm know he found his man?
Why would a random person be concerned about if or how someone on the run died?
Add that to the wince from poking his shoulder and also the reaction he got after identifying the man he killed, Powder Dan was dead but just didn't realise it yet
dat was COLD BLOOOOODED!
The Impossibles, starring John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Charles Bronson, Yul Brynner, Dwayne Johnson, Clint Eastwood, Sean Connery, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Denzel Washington, Keanu Reeves, coming to you soon for free soon on Netflix. The ten take on the Mexican cartels in Mexico, with old-style bravado. You won't want to miss this one.
That's how you Air out a Bar.
The King of Gentlemanly Menace.
Denzel is the best at being the bad Guy
But he isn't bad?
He isn’t the Bad Guy, he’s a Bounty Hunter
Chris Pratt is so cool in this scene.
I love this movie
"dan, you dead?" lmao
"Dan, you dead?" killed me.
Bartender: How did he die...?
Denzel: I whispered in his ear 😂
Who is here after playing red dead redemption 2

Somehow he noticed they was going for there guns but he was faster then them
1:30
He was looking in the mirror and watching to see if anyone reached for their guns and I think he was whispering so that he could hear if people started pulling back the gun hammer
Robert McCall's granddad
Underrated comment
Damn you! I believe in you!

All these bad outlaws like to hide behind that Family.
For Halloween I’m dressing up as the cowboy Denzel Washington plays his suit is cool
He knew it was time to die 😂
Great !
That dead eye was legit even got extra xp for the hat shot
Yul Brynner < Denzel Washington
I love Yul, but in my opinion, Denzel is a far more charming and charismatic action lead.
DieHardAlien yeah, Denzel can the roles, that would seem like bland and meh in the paper into, into something extremely awesome effortlessly. Dude is phenomenal.
If it was somehow possible to bend space and time Id have love to watch a western with both Yul and Denzel as the leads.
@@brucesnow7125 The Equalizer should have been super formulaic mediocre Action! Movie! bs, and it nearly was. The only reason it wasn't: Denzel made a CIA SAD/SOG trained killer seem like a fully fleshed out, complex human being.
I've been watching a bunch of Mag 7 clips cos i wanted to rewatch some scenes. But as I watch the scenes, i feel like I've never seen this movie before. But I'm so damn sure I've seen this movie. I remember some of it, but this scene? I don't remember. I didn't even remember Denzel being in this, and it seems he's a major part of it. I'm so tripped out rn
1:57 was this part played in reverse?
This movie wasn’t great but this intro was well done; simple!
Best part of the movie is when he asks dan for the shot of bust head
🎶Bring em iiiiiiin🎵
Chills
Denzel is the literal clone of Bass Reeves
Shot my damn foot 😂😂
1:32 Just yes
This guy has aim hack program installed
He used dead eye for sure lol

Django is that you????😁😁😁😁
Another disguise by the Equalizer
1:05-1:15
Ten seconds was all it took
I think he was playing bass Reeves here.
It is
God damn it, now I want to play red dead again!... Oh wait I already am
Sh sh sheriff lol
روعه
Any one else who was wearing it headphones while on max volume so to understand chisolm's whisper's and 3 second's later nearly had a ear bleed? (If your hearing is sensetive)
This is like my crew and I on rdr2
Posta em português , desde já agradeço
I thought this was bad for denzels rouges gallery I feel like he does whatever nowadays just like Johnny dep did but this is awsome movie
