What a dedication ? What an authority? Great presentation with simple explanation of very complex raga , thank you so much ,Resp.Manjiritai You are really serving to classical music lovers global society ,Thank you so much
Instead of explaining with the help of structural elements manjireetai has demonstrated it step by step while singing that is grate wise decision because this rag can not be caught in the frame of grammar. manjireetai you brought up good memories of pt Mansoor and kishoritai today.
Dhnayvad Manjiriji. I have been listening to Bahaduri Todi for decades.I knew the combination of Raagas used but never came across such a beautiful narration like that you have presented here. My Pranams to your Guruji who taught you this in detail. Keep doing more and more such videos for listeners like us.
Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the detailed explanation in the beginning. Stopping in the middle of a phrase to point out the shade of a particular raga and then picking up the singing seamlessly is only possible when one has a complete command over both swar and sur. Truly admirable. And the conclusion with the full bandish was beautifully done! Thank you!

Although your teaching is good but why in English ?and not in Hindi ? Why you are still slave of British ? Specially when our this great tradition of music is purely Indian and it's all descriptions are in Sanskrit and Hindi language only. *Dr Ishwarchandra Ramachandra Karkare MBBS, MD, MA music, A grade classical singer doordarshan.
Dear Doctor, 1. Because English is a worldwide spoken language and a lot more global than Hindi or Sanskrit. 2. Knowing and/or speaking a language does not make you a slave of anyone. It simply shows Manjiti tai’s’ global approach towards explaining and expressing the raag. 3. Your entire comment was in English and I’m assuming your medium of education for MBBS was in English too!? and I’m still not saying you’re enslaved by the Britishers. 4. I’m pretty sure you understood the entire demonstration, and the raag is much more complex than the language it was explained in! So the motive of series was really fulfilled, despite language. :-)

Anyways. It is my opinion , patriotic opinion.
या रागात समाविष्ठ असलेल्या रागांच्या शेडस किती सुंदर समजावून सांगितल्या तुम्ही . खूप धन्यवाद . 🙏🙏
Thank you very much for such a lucid illustration of this beautiful raag. A crown jewel in the Jaipur-Atrauli 'ratna-bhanDaar'.
