my friend who was a huge TA&M fan brought me to this game when we were in middle school. I'm a big UGA fan (at the time i also cheered for A&M just because my friend did) so i while the aggies were down big i was thinking of the Georgia v GaTech game where UGA was down 20-0 and came back to win in overtime, and the game vs auburn a few weeks before that where UGA overcame a 20 point deficit in the 4th quarter and took the lead late (we dont talk about how that game ended lmao) so i never gave up hope that the aggies could pull it off. I remember at 1:36:33 my friend and i were going nuts (like middle schoolers do) and he looked at me and we said almost in unison "that was magic." now im finally watching a rerun and "magic" is the word the commentator used to describe it. Johnny Football was so electric and its unfortunate that he was the first running QB i ever really watched, because for the first few years that i watched football i was always disapointed in the dual threats because they couldnt match Manziel.
also my friend and i made a bet (no money, just for fun). I said there would be less than 100 points scored, he said there would be more...........look how that turned out
At 10:00, I knew Jesse Palmer was wrong. He's too busy fawning over Manziel and Mike Evans, he just assumes its a pass interference. Never did it cross his mind he was disrespectfully adrresing the side judge. I knew it wasnt. I saw how Evans was expressing his anger to the official, and complaining about not getting what Jesse Palmer said, and it was unsportsmanlike conduct, the equivalent to a technical foul in basketball.
