I'm glad that El is taking complete responsibility for his drug use here. That's the first step of healing/deliverance that many people skip! I pray that God keeps him and his family saved because they have powerful testimonies of His grace (Bobby included!).

I love this man from the beginning. I grew in the early 60’s to now. And the first time I heard him sing. I knew he and the rest of his siblings were just that good. So glad he is headed in the right direction. Such a sweet and beautiful man.

Song title of "Steely Dan" hit...describing addiction I finally discovered while researching the songwriters and their private life struggle with friends who'd O.D.'d and addicted..so many in that industry may make $$ for awhile, but a "DeLorean" type move didn't work for John either, memory recalls...glad he made it through though. Sure it was quite the struggle to find himself authentically. So worth it, IMHO. Old interview, I know...hope he's still doing OK, 2020...a Corona year to remember one day...
