actually telekinesis takes alot of time like 4 years or so until you can move heavier objects like doors but u actually did so well on day 5 like WHAAT

It takes a lot of time u r not gonna get it in one week..... it takes months and years. To make something move u need to imagine and concentrate and everything abt it. Subliminals just help you with the thing u use them for, u need to do something for it.
