Great review as always! You guys are awesome! As a guy who fat forwards through the spec portions of most knife channels, I appreciate how you focus on "the experience" of each knife. If I want specs, I can look it up for myself. I don't EVER watch the credit roll of a movie..haha
We try to make it what we’d want to watch. Most people appreciate something by the way it looks and feels, maybe the build quality too. Few people care about the specs and tolerances. They just want it to do what it’s supposed to do.
I dont hate Medford but I don't know anyone that has one or a store that sells one close to me so I don't know how they feel in hand which gives me hesitations on ordering one
That's fair. Any knife is worth handling before making a big purchase. That's one of the reasons we like showrooms like Smoky Mountain Knife Works. You can go and handle most knives and make your decision from there.
