The fact that it looks secluded is my type of property. Naming my estate is a must like the ladies have done. I love to see a home that is bright and open from the windows and doors letting all the beauty of nature & the warmth of the sun in. The floors are gorgeous & I know it’s peaceful with the deck overlooking the lake. I give it a 8.5 simply because I wanted to see more decor.
I like Lake Bailey. I remember when she bought it it look so peaceful out there 😌 what made the episode so relatable when she purchased it she was uncertain that it would be approved for what she could afford to bid on it. One thing for sure 50 Cynt & Kandi Burruss-Tucker are very transparent about their lives. Enjoyed vid I rate it 9.

This home is spacious with very little style! Cynthia purchased it after she was divorced from Peter. They lived together; in another home. She moved Mike Hill into this one! The Boat Deck is nice for boats to dock, Adults, kids and dogs will have fun playing and swimming off of it! This is my reason I'm giving it a 8.0! Homes never keep anyone together! Hearts do!💞
I love Cynthia’s house but I would be scared out there alone. But it’s beautiful. I give it a 10.

Love Cynthia and her home. I wish I could Dec I rate it for her but I'd put a big beautiful colorful rug under that dining room table and a furry fabulous one by the fireplace. I saw a gorgeous Italian sofa in lavender for by the fireplace . Needs more art and candles and personally that bed in the master br doesn't look comfortable, needs to be big and cozy. Oh well congrats dear!
