The sad truth is that most synthetic stucco properties built between 1980 and 1999 are well past their expected life expectancy like surfside condo and many other eifs properties so you are essentially stuck with that house unless you sell at a steep loss. IMO Kenya's property is horrible construction, has the nerve to sit in a FEMA flood zone, and has the nerve to have a flat roof. It is labeled "uninsurable" to many insurance companies because most major insurance companies do not offer homeowners insurance for eifs construction houses built between 1980 and 1999 ie there is NO bones or foundation to the property
The fact that Kenya keeps and shows her home the way it is real af because half the celebs who do house-tours; their refrigerators literally look like some grocery store ones.
