While i agree on the point about digital footprint and how scary it is that this thing stays on the net forever and how important it is to make sure the next generations know that because they have the chance of having more control over it since they will still start posting, i disagree about this being the main problem with the Nina Agdal situation. Because at the end of the day it wasn't even her that posted these pictures it was all photographs at parties, promotions, photoshoots and some paparazzi, which since she's a model that lives by selling her beauty never seemed to be a problem for her before, herself posting nude/semi nude pics on her instagram; it's not like she's some random kid having her ugly old pics being memed on the internet after being found by a troll, she was pretty okay with these pictures even posting or reposting it herself. There's a point to be made tho with regards to slut shaming, which is the most important since the only reason these pics have any relevance whatsoever is because she's a woman that now has a longterm boyfriend that publicly wants to marry her, while at the same time having these pics that may give the idea that she dated a whole bunch of people. If she was a men nobody would care which shows how men's and women's pasts are seen different. And with regards to "he crossed lines" 11:58 he's just reposting what the media in general and nina herself had already posted including her nude/semi nude pictures that can still be found on her instagram. So no, he didn't cross any lines, going back to the fact that if the culture didn't slut shame women reposting these random ahh pictures woudn't have any effect.

This law does nott restrict to episodes occouring on national borders, since it specifically pohibits sharing a woman's compromising content of any form, in any way, without her PREVIOUS CONSENT - theats covered, too. Since he showed this content to another man, and even bothered to film his reaction, he is publically harassing her, and even though she IS an American citizen, he is a Brazilian citizen, and should be judged as such. He being a male is INDEED considered an aggravant factor, as well as many other events, like he not showing any remorse by doing that, or even the midiatic narrative which was constructed by this event. I look in his facial expression in that video, and he TOTALLY knows that what he's doing is considered a crime in his homeland.
I just blocked his social media channels, rather than engaging in his content in any way. What are your thoughts on more transparency regarding data of accounts blocked by users who deem them harmful ?
