The guy who did the McDonald’s challenge is a producer on a podcast called “Yahoo Sports: College Football Enquirer” and he shares about his experience on the June 17th episode starting at the 50 minute mark.
Used to work at Chick-fil-A. The Tinfoil bags just retain heat really well because they are sealed and reflect the heat back. The Deluxe paper boxes are meant to be eaten out of pretty much immediately. The tinfoil bags can be held in the catering bags for up to 2 hours and be warm still. Deluxes the tomatoes would make the bun soggy and the lettuce would wilt if it was put in the tinfoil bag.
I was listening on Spotify and had to come leave a comment! I was feeling really overwhelmed at work. Stressed from being busy, then hurt myself pretty bad from tripping, I almost cried. All the while I had Jake and Brad in my ears. No exaggeration, 30 seconds later Brad biffed the Main Street add, and it made me laugh out loud! I thanked God in that moment for you guys. Thanks for being so wholesome and awesome! You turned my day around!

Love the shoutout about Fargo! I was at that "Church Gig" that you did. Downtown Fargo is really cute. Kinda sketch after 9pm but that's most cities downtowns. OH MY GOSH!! My family went to Aberdeen every year and we went to Storybook Land!! This episode is so nostalgic for me!!

Filthy rich in things that matter is so good! Amen! Steve continues to make me think of my dad…his favorite thing was homemade ice cream! And once I worked with him at the church our relationship deepened so much! Super sweet hearing how much Steve is able to help Jake with his new business. 😊
