Seeming to know, by now, where the Supreme Court stands regarding charges against Trump, it's disappointing to think that whatever he's convicted of will be delayed or overturned or sent back to a lower court again. I hate to see a 'bad guy' win, and if he's re-elected, we're all (and I mean, what's left of the democratic world, is) in deep trouble.
WE ALL HAVE TO LIVE WITH & ANSWER FOR WHAT WE “DO”. Whether it’s good or bad. If the scotus votes in Ex 45’s favor, despite knowing that he’s guilty, they will go down in infamy. Or if they rightly hold him accountable for his many blatant “misdeeds”, they can live the rest of their lives with a clear conscience. The ball seems to be in their court. It’s not necessary to say ALLEGED MISDEEDS, because he himself has outright said he’s done much of it. Making it obvious for the WORLD to see.

I think it is important for jurors to take note that any testimony Trump's assistant portrays is veered in favor of him due to the fact that he is paying her lawyer's fee and is not of the true nature of the knowledge she holds. An assistant that has been with Trump for 35yrs and Trump paying for her legal fees as a witness is an extreme conflict. She knows every dirty detail of Trump's actions but will not speak up about it.

I would put money on that former assistant knowing a lot of very intriguing things about her former boss. I was a receptionist for a corrupt doctor and could tell you stories for hours. (She lost her license a few years after I quit).

we don't have to "prove our innocence" to our government. they have to prove our guilt, beyond a reasonable doubt. therefore, there is no such thing as 'innocence' under law. you're either proven guilty, or you're not guilty. you're never proven innocent because that's not provable.

As far as the jurors noticing stuff, I was an alternate juror on a drug case in the 1980s and the lawyer handed a detective a device to make meth. After answering a few questions and handing back the device he manipulated his fingers like their was some kinda dust on it.

I would have read her refusal to shake as a rejection of Trump. It seemed like she felt she owed him the testimony, but she didn't want anything else to do with him. So, I saw it as her being turned off by trump.
