Thanks ! They use smaller grain carts when harvesting rice because most of the time the fields are very muddy. So pulling too much weight just wouldn’t work.
Thanks! If you're interested I have a bunch of rice harvest videos if you look through my channel.. smashing the rice down actually promotes growth. It will regrow and be harvested again in the fall.
@@AerialAgYa no kidding! It that something new the rice farmers are doing as I have now only seen it twice for the first time this year. Awesome video, your new drone seems to do a very nice job! 👍👍
Beautiful harvest video. That 9250 is eating a mouthful. Its amazing sometimes to see what modern equipment can do. With the rice crop being so green im very suprised not to see shelbourne stripper heads out front. Many in the area?
Thank you! Yes there are some around. But I have been told by some farmers that they prefer drapers because the rice is so abrasive. Letting some other material in gives the internals of the combine a "cushion" from the rice. Not sure if you know this or not but a rice package is required on the combine for harvesting rice. If not the rice could eat holes through the machine
Love to watch them Red machines cut rice!! Awesome video!!🙋🏼♂️😁
Nice video 👍
That green crop will make the engine thirsty!
I like you cutting your hair you got a good job
Really enjoyed the video. Your new drone does an excellent job. Surprised to see them using a smooth roller instead of a stubble roller.
Thanks, man I wish you could see how it looks on my computer.. I lose some quality when I upload to TH-cam/FB.. thanks for watching !
Impressive and thanks for your video.

Okay you show harvest the rice that is good, but you don't tell how much yield to the acre?
Man that stuff is green. I wonder what the moisture level is? I bet it dries down a lot.
We usually start at 21%.
A video you can smell! If you know-you know!
Love the smell of rice harvest!
never knew they rolled the fields after
I believe it actually promotes growth for the ratoon crop, you'd think the opposite

Is it harder to combine rice than wheat or beans
Case americana IH internacional harwesth canadense dóis gigantes globais 👀🙋
What causes those holes or patches in the fields? Deer or hogs?
It is usually down rice. They are cutting water leveled fields thus drainage ditches are running across the field
what birds are those? the white ones f'n around everywhere
Note to self. Never buy a used rice combine.
Hi . could you tell me why please?
@@wadmaileykeemhanjoseph8913 the wear from that material is going to be awful. Rice is also extremely abrasive.
Thanks so much
