    I started studying the Alexander Technique and have found that makes people feel much better. Good posture improves muscle pains, stress levels. Helps people sleep much better. It should be offered on the NHS.

    hello, im a student interested in becoming a physiotherapist however is it needed to do A levels in PE as I have not choose that for my GCSEs however I can if needed choose that for a levels. also I would love to get an apprenticeship degree. is this hard to do?

    • @HealthCareers
      @HealthCareers  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, To get onto a physiotherapy degree course you usually need two or three A levels, including a biological science and/or PE, along with five GCSEs (grades A-C), including English language, maths and at least one science.
      Apprenticeship degree's are advertised like jobs and will only come up when the trust can do it. They are usually advertised via jobs.nhs.uk and www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship

    Hi everyone. I am a student nurse in uk and starting from this year. However, I am still very interested in being physiotherapist. I choose nursing because I was told that nursing has wide career paths than physiotherapist. Is it true? Is nursing job more stressful than physiotherapist? I am still thinking about changing my career path😢. I don’t know why but I am finding it very difficult to choose a right course for my ᑕᗩᖇEEᖇ. I have been doing a lot of research and working as a HCA for work experience but still very confused regarding my career. Is it only me🤦‍♀️😭? Any suggestions would be much help. Thank you xx.

      Thank you for contacting Health Careers. It’s fantastic to hear you are considering a physiotherapy course at university and looking for information regarding qualifications.
      Entry requirements for an undergraduate course are typically: Two or three A levels, including a biological science and/or PE. five GCSEs (grades A-C), including English language, maths and at least one science. Or the equivalent qualifications: BTEC, HND or HNC, including biological science, relevant NVQ, science-based access course, equivalent Scottish or Irish qualifications, previous degree or a full practicing qualification in a related area.
      Each university sets its own entry requirements, so it’s important to check with them directly.
