I listened to this last night until I fell asleep. I woke up many times but I felt so sleepy. I heard the continues praying. I went into deep sleep without bad dreams. When I woke up, the praying finished already and it's 6:17am in the morning. Thanks God. I knew you hug me last night.

I listened to this as I wanted to strengthen my walk with Christ.
I usually listen to night sounds to help me sleep; the sounds of nature, babbling brooks, crickets and the like
I was hoping that this would not only help me sleep but build my knowledge and closeness with God.
I didn't enjoy it. I'm not trying to knock the woman's voice or message. But, I didn't find her soothing and hearing her constantly trying to land a message or make a point that would be affirmative and useful iny walk with Christ kept me awake and, when I was finally able to drift off, my mind wasn't free to do it's nightly job of deprogramming the events and lessons of the day. Instead it was held in place and constantly focused on what the woman was saying.
I hope that it helps some people, but I won't be using it again. God bless you all may God keep us and bless us.
