    Daniel Rangel began his career as a Los Angeles real estate agent at the young age of eighteen, over a decade ago, during the great recession. When others were calling it quits, he was charging forward, finding opportunities for his clients where others saw problems. To some around the world, Daniel is better known as the founder of Creativum, a project with a social cause that he founded during a three-year sabbatical, in which he traveled the world alone with a small backpack and a camera. As a result of his eccentric entrepreneurial accomplishments during this adventure, he has been published in newspapers across the American continent, made television appearances, been a guest speaker at several universities, and given two TEDx talks on the topic of sales and creativity. He likes the outdoors, travel, photography, and writing. From Daniel Rangel you can expect a real estate experience that’s fun, up-front, honest, and pressure-free.

    Really helpful! Thank you for your videos. Do you have anything on where the housing market is heading during 2022?

      Thank you, DDR 9, happy to hear that! 😀 Not specifically, no. I try to avoid forecasting, as the reality is anything can happen. I thought prices were going to tank when then pandemic
      hit, and the opposite happened. I usually tell people: don't buyer because the market, buy when you can afford to buy. And recognize that real estate is a long term thing. But there is this video I made that may shed some light: th-cam.com/video/7SeqZCAZxlg/w-d-xo.html

    Can you buy a house without a bank loan in California?

      Hello Garid, if I understood correctly, yes, you can buy a house without a bank loan. It would be a cash purchase, via wire transfer.

    Thanks for your videos. What questions do you recommend asking a realtor when hiring one (as a buyer)?

    • @theartistofrealestate
      @theartistofrealestate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! I would focus more on how he/she answers the questions than the questions themselves. Do his/her answers communicate trust, knowledge, competence? Is this someone that's easy to talk to? Is this person honest? I think you can get a feel for this by just asking general questions, like, what's the process of buying? What are the steps in buying? Will prices go keep going up? You're looking for someone who will be more a consultant than a salesperson, who puts your interest ahead of their commission. Try to see beyond their answers and get a glimpse of their character, which I think is equally as important as knowledge. Not sure if this makes sense?
