Hi Cheryl, my friend in Scotland ~ I hope you’re okay and keeping well and that you’ve had a good week - I had a pretty good week this week on Thursday. I went in the hydrotherapy pool downstairs for an hour it was absolutely brilliant - I’m just saying hello very quickly because I’m now gonna settle down and watch your Vlog/video - I asked the nurse to come in earlier and give me my medication which she agreed to - have a brilliant week and I’ll see you for your recipe. That cheesy potato bake looked absolutely delicious and I watched the shopping hole as well - sending loads of love and hugs from your friend down south ~ Xxx Xxx
Ackkkkk , Cheryl lovely Wales , have a great time away , enjoy the break , very fond of Wales , visited several times in the past , beautiful scenery , nice friendly folk too , thoroughly enjoyed your meals this week , they all looked scrummie , you're a brilliant cook 😊❤😊
Hi Cheryl, when I make a chilli I add a tin of taco mixed beans instead of red kidney beans much nicer, thank you for another video x just back from a wee holiday to oban very nice indeed

Tried your Tuscan chicken recently and it was delicious - am looking forward to trying the Cheesy Potato Casserole sometime this week as the summer is now cooling down here. I even saw a few red maple leaves the other day although it's a bit early for that yet...
I loved baked potatoes as well but my favourite filling is Beef chilli. Good selection of meals Cheryl, we've just had our roast chicken dinner wit that cheesey potato casserole, it was lush. Thank you for sharing and enjoy your time in Wales xxx
Hi Cheryl, I hope you have a great time in Wales. If you visit Llangollen then I’d recommend you take a scenic journey on the heritage railway. The views from the train are breathtaking in some places. I hope to have a wee get away soon myself. Not sure where, but Bournemouth is high on the wish list at the moment. 😊👍🏻

Been rather warm especially at the beginning of the week but the cooler weather now means that shortly I will be tucking into you cheesy potatoes along with some bacon wrapped chicken and veg. Been wanting to try those potatoes since you posted and my tummy is already rumbling! Enjoy Wales.
Tuna mayo potato and salad, perfect. Chicken pasta, yummy. Cheesy potato bake w fish n peas...gonna make it this week. Beans w potato and I'll try the quiche, my son hates quiche. Creamy beef shells looks so inviting. Beef Chili..I always make mine different too. Yay for a few days away. I'd love to see Wales. I'm off to share. Love ya.

Cheryl do u have any recipe for Jamaica ginger cake without molasses or treacle? Used to love the McVities cake but can't find ot now and can't find the treacle or molasses anywhere either and most recipes seem to call for it

I love Sainsbury’s mixed beans in chilli sauce added when I make chilli; makes a nice change, especially if trying to throw together a quick meal.

Try adding a can of condensed tomato soup into the chili when you are putting it together. It keeps it nice and moist and really bumps up the flavor.

how do you get your potatoes to look like that? What's your method for jackets/baked potatoes?

I use the McCain frozen jackets...I do them in the microwave first and then finish them off in the oven or air fryer 😘

Your meals are very high in starches: potatoes, beans, pasta, rice. You need more veggies and less starch.
You need to really learn some constraint when it comes to dumping cheese in everything🤮
