And then about a week ago my neck started swelling bad and I had trouble drinking eating etc. So now I’m taking amoxicillin to stop the infection from going any further to my neck.
I've procrastinated my root canal for way too long. Now I have headache body aches just overall feel sick. I'm hoping the amoxicillin will help fight off the infection

With some warm water, oraljel, and pain meds it finally eased up, I woke up and had a puss ball on the side of the tooth. The pain completely gone today and just took my first two pills that were prescribed at my appointment

I had so much pain in my gum after my root canal & swelling! my dentist prescribed me to have it 3 times for 1 week and i was completely cured in 3-4 days! swelling infection pain all gone, side effects might be a bit unease couple of days while taking a pee and sometimes a bit weird stomach but overall had nothing to be honest & i recommend it

Well amoxicillin doesn't have much of a taste - to me it tastes like milk solids. What you should do is to hold some water in your mouth and pop the tablet in so that you can swallow it smoothly. That way you won't have to taste the tablet directly.
For me, Amoxycillin creates gas in my stomach and i am unable to go to the toilet as i was experiencing constipation before the doctor prescribed Amoxycillin antibiotics tablets.

For me, Amoxycillin creates gas in my stomach and i am unable to go to the toilet as i was experiencing constipation before the doctor prescribed Amoxycillin antibiotics tablets.
If the patient missed some remaining doses like 10 days.. Can he still continue the remaining doses or just stop it?

Both are common side effects of amoxcillin, so this is normal. However, if your side effects worsen or if your complaints do not improve with the usage of amoxicillin, than always contact your prescribing doctor.

I can't give personal advise, however it is always wise to contact your doctor for medical advise.
I can't give advice either, and in a perfect world, you would be able to see a Dr before it gets too bad, but in those cases where that is not an option and Amoxicillin is available, I personally would use it, but that's me, I don't know wether I would use it on a baby, 7 years or older, I would, but I am not sure about the dosage for babies, can't be that hard to find.
