Thanks for the tour, Monty. I see now that my shop isn’t really that small, just poorly arranged. My challenge is storage space for scrap wood and general clutter. I also have to share the basement with a refrigerator, patio furniture and a cat litter box.

I am really sorry you have to share your basement shop with the refrigerator furniture and a cat. I'm sure if you start up a Skil saw a tablesaw the cat will takeoff in a heartbeat. lol

Good one Monty! More videos of your shop layout and its 'hidden treasures'.....

    SMASH that like button!
Your shop looks much bigger on camera. You have done a great job in organizing. Do you keep most of your jigs in one particular area (labeled)?
You mentioned your transitions recently. I think they were spot on, audio is perfectly matched.
    Another great video Mr.Monty! ~Cara 😊

You are so kind. Where would I stay in Dunedin to watch the BlueJays near the end of March or early April that do cost a fortune but is very nice? If something like that exists. The book will be done editing this weekend I believe and heading for a sample copy next week. It won't be long now.

Nice shop tour. I've got more room (1/2 a double garage), but then I'm hording way too much stuff, so the actual working area is only about twice your shop size. 🙂

@@MontyMcKinnon LOL Anytime. You just need to bring a heater, as the winters here are 8 months long and far too cold to work in an unheated garage.

Is your floor heated? That's one feature I'd love to have in my next shop.

Well, a heated floor is certainly a treat. I have a heated floor in three bathrooms in my house and I can tell you that when people go in there they don't want to leave because it's so comfortable. Lol heated floors a luxury to some and to others it's a necessity.

What method are you using to finish your guitars in a small shop? I wish I could have a larger shop. I have some stuff in my shed, hand tools in one small basement room, and another small basement room for other stuff. When we got the house the previous owner had the basement divided up into a bunch of small rooms but it would be such a big job to tear everything out and redo the whole basement so I've been trying to make do.

You can do it! I had the walls on both sides and behind me insulated and dry walled so that it would be a little warmer in the basement. It's a challenge. My next video is going to show you my 5 x 6 alcove and my multitude of jigs in the corner. I'm planning on recording that tomorrow.
