Ferrari developed a lot these days you can get a lot of options according to your preference which is also expensive. You can get 360 degree camera and Adaptive cruise control system in all the models something which Lamborghini yet to do on Aventador/Huracan models. After market kits are available in Australia @drivesound they do offer lot of safety systems, Netflix integration into the dashboard etc

Actually you could permanently reside a car in India if it's not older than 3 years, but you need to send your car to Sri Lanka for RHD conversion and still have to pay the tax which some times make cars cheap but mostly expensive than normally buying from Indian dealership
Also talking about carnet, you could get any car with carnet in India for max period of 12 months, but you need a tons of paperwork usually people import for 6-9 months
