I think she was VERY love sick during UC school. He only remembers "THAT Bradford" when she mentiones he was sleeping in her bed. Which means he was connecting the name just to her talking about him THAT kind of way. Probably they got close cause Lucy is the "OK IM GONNA TALK ABOUT IT" kind of girl, when noone had asked before. So I guess Noah pretty soon knew there was more to that Bradford then just being her TO. And that is pretty cute. I love they weren't really giving us the jealous angst, cause it became clear early on that she was talking about Tim already in UC school. Which- of course she did.

BUT I can't really imagine us seeing Noah a lot. I'm not sure if Tim did really like him?!?! Noah said he was under cover for 3 months!!!! I know Lucy likes doing UC work BUT I don't think she wants that kind of life. I still think she would make a great Detective & be working with Harper & Lopez & doing some UC assignments on ocassion. Noah wasn't completely wrong when he said, I'm starting to think UC work is not conducive for rel'ships. It didn't work in the end for Tim & Isabelle, nor for Harper & Donavon & losing her daughter. It's SO obvious that BOTH Tim & Lucy want kids. Others outside of work are also important to them. For Lucy also Tamara is!!!! Genny & her boys. Of course both of their priorities have shifted!!!! Someone recalled that when Nolan & her broke up, she referred to Nolan as being 2nd in her life. She DIDN'T realize just how much she wanted 2b a cop, & listened to Bishop's advice. Yes...in. S2 she started to date Emmett but she was close to being done as a Rookie & she didn't take their rel'ship more seriously. And she still didn't want others to know, albeit he wasn't even a cop. BUT...with Tim, she said, their rel'ship became the most important rel'ship in her life!!!! They BOTH were willing 2 make sacrifices at work for each other!!!

It looks like they are going under as Jake and Sava again. I guess we will see where her career goes. I also think she would make a great detective.

I love when Lopez & Harper do, but it's always pregnancy related or in this case it started w/ Harper & mother-in-law boundaries!!!!! I LOVED that Grey praised Lucy, when after she spoke he said, "At least one of u are making sense!!!" But equally I loved how he couldn't resist & ended by saying, "And Lopez get that woman out of your house!!!!" BUT... ironically they were ALL wrong!!!!! She wasn't a threat to their marriage & Angela deep down knew it, when at the end, she said, it was everything!, they were dealing with!!!!! BUT....in the end, it was a good thing to have Charlie there!!!! I was only a tiny bit worried...what if she was secretly working for Elijah. But in some ways Elijah was NOT as smart as he thought he was!!!!! Man I think if I was married to someone working with drug lords etc, I'd be taking self defense classes!!!! It almost seemed that Wesley had!!!! B/c he was helpful!!!! Plus b/c he was stabbed by Oscar in Season 2. BUT...Wesley no doubt LOVES his family & is very protective when it comes to them. It was smart that they got Jack out of the house. When he made that deal with Elijah to get Lopez & his unborn baby back, he was determined!!!! I do wish by the ending of the ep that he'd been killed. Cause now partnering with Oscar Hutchinson, we know at some point, he's coming bk into the storyline. I was SO glad that his storyline finally ended!!!!
I think why I don't really care if Noah comes back, is I didn't like seeing how Tim seemed 2 feel like an outsider. I didn't understand why Lucy said, "Inside joke ". And didn't say, I'll explain it 2 u later. It was an awkward moment 4 Tim. Lucy wouldn't feel great if some woman whom she didn't know, said something to make her feel like an outsider. And I think also I feel EXTRA protective of Tim cause of ALL the secrets that Isabelle kept from him!!!! Someone wisely said, all rel'ships there's sacrifices that aren't always easy. And priorities shift!!!! As Harper got so messed up in uc work, she told Lucy that what it cost & what she lost WASN'T worth it!!!! AND when Donavon was ANGRY & wanting Harper tb arrested, I was furious that he said that right in front of their young daughter, when suddenly Lyla said, "Daddy, NO!!!!" Grey was rite!!! H brought Lyla to the police station!!!! If she was really trying to abduct Lyla, the last place she'd go would've been the station. She made it clear, that Lyla was the only thing that mattered 2 her now!!!! AND thankfully Nolan stepped in, when Donavon was still ranting about how she said she'd change & she hadn't & it was all another lie. Nolan's words got thru to Donavon!!!!
It would be interesting if they open a window into her time at UC school through flashbacks. It doesn't have to be Chenford-centric. The show has a strong UC component already. Seeing it through her eyes, with a sprinkle of Chenford and her relationship with Noah, would be interesting.
I think it would be interesting to explore more of her dynamics with Noah. I feel like Noah was her version of Isabel. Now that Chen and Bradford are together, I have to wonder if Tim will be jealous of Noah. We saw the lengths Tim went for Isabel, I think if provoked with Chen, he is even more scary. Tim doesn't take kindly to anyone messing with his partners or friends. He reminds me of Hank Voight on Chicago PD, but Tim lives within his code of ethics.

The guy wz still being defiant & suddenly Tim said "Cuz I will pull u from the inside out!!!!" Making it clear, "There wz nothing he wouldn't do!!!!" AND I think he meant it!!!" Yes...he made compromises 4 Isabelle but Isabelle DID those things, BUT if it wasn't 4 Lucy, we will never know, if Tim wld've had the strength 2 not commit a felony on Isabelle's behalf!!!! But w/ Lucy, he DID blame himself!!!! AND I don't think he was kidding!!!! Tim does believe in the rules as he told Lucy in Casualties, "Rules matter boot." Lucy:, "Then what the hell are u doing here?!?!" Tim: "'Cause something's matter more!!!!" And as Lucy told him in front of Isabelle's apartment, "U project the rogue cop, but u are always on the right side of the law."

She was doing a covert rescue 4 Noah, just like Harper did for her UC Detective friend, June, AKA Coco. She probably felt safe cuz they were away & she didn't have feelings for Noah in that way, & probably confided in Noah abt Tim. Lucy does call, which I replayed, that Noah was her partner in school. I'd be HAPPY if we never saw Noah again. I think Tim was a little bit jealous. But I also don't think Tim really liked Noah. But Lucy would never be interested in someone like Noah.
@Tammy Boon All of this is true. I think we see Tim stressed but amused most days. You go after anyone, Tim Bradford cares about, I fully believe you will never see him coming. You hurt Izzy, he is a rage monster to those that took her down. Chen? If she was truly hurt or Bradford couldn't find her, I don't think you would ever find a body. Bradford is Captain America until you turn him into Hank Voight. Then all bets are off. If he couldn't save her, he would ensure no one would ever be hurt again.

AND amusingly & sadistically said, "How it was always a good day, when a cop's wife was killed." That's when Tim told him, she was alive!!!! He has similarities to Voight and also Danny from Blue Bloods!!!! That's why he was also willing to put his career on the line for Mitch who served under him in the military!!!! I STILL want Tim to know, what Chris did when he sang the song from when Lucy was in the barrel!!! It seemed weird, that Tim & Lucy never were shown talking about it, or afterwards, of what happened with Chris, that she ended up watching the video of her in the barrel & as she wrestled & came to the decision to not testify!!!! I don't think Tim could've ever watched that barrel & the hrs of her in the barrel. I think what Chris did when he sang that song was ACTUALLY harder on Lucy than when Rosalind Dyer did. He was her boyfriend for crying out loud!!!!
If they didn't give Bradford and Chen some conflict, they would flame out quickly. Their whole relationship is based on Chen doing something often impulsive, and Bradford being full whitty comebacks but really, having a solid plan that no one else imagined.

The "hot pants" comment was rude and not what somebody says in front of "That Bradford, who sleeps in her bed." That part was weird and rude. Tim doesn't seem the jealous/reactive type, which is good as that Noah guy could have gotten a nose- job right there and then. And, I'm not a big fan of Lucy having a whole different side to her when she's away from Tim. Or maybe it's too soon for them to know each other 150%. At least they're on their way.

It seemed weird, that Tim & Lucy never were shown talking about it, or afterwards, of what happened with Chris, that she ended up watching the video of her in the barrel & as she wrestled & came to the decision to not testify!!!! I don't think Tim could've ever watched that barrel & the hrs of her in the barrel. I think what Chris did when he sang that song was ACTUALLY harder on Lucy than when Rosalind Dyer did. He was her boyfriend for crying out loud!!!!
If they didn't give Bradford and Chen some conflict, they would flame out quickly. Their whole relationship is based on Chen doing something often impulsive, and Bradford being full whitty comebacks but really, having a solid plan that no one else imagined.

The "hot pants" comment was rude and not what somebody says in front of "That Bradford, who sleeps in her bed." That part was weird and rude. Tim doesn't seem the jealous/reactive type, which is good as that Noah guy could have gotten a nose- job right there and then. And, I'm not a big fan of Lucy having a whole different side to her when she's away from Tim. Or maybe it's too soon for them to know each other 150%. At least they're on their way.

Also Lucy is very much a people person so in my mind it makes sense that maybe she was talking about previous UC jobs she’d done and the one with Tim had just happened at that point so maybe that’s how it got brought up in conversation?
