Thank you! I have a desk job from home and overtime I've been feeling like my posture is getting worse and having some upper back pain. Started going to the gym thinking strengthening my back would help my posture. I've been doing the exact exercise you said not to do. The last week the upper back pain has gotten so bad I struggle to sit at my desk. All the "traditional" information I found online said to do stretches and exercises that you don't recommend. Thank you, I will watch more of your video to find solutions.
Do you consult online? I really love your work. I lost spine curvature over the years. It started with a broken tailbone after an accident in 2013, which also left some impact on my lower back. Poor siting caused muscle spasms and I lost overall curvature. Despite years in PT, things kept going downhill until I decided to take matters in my own hands. So apart from loss of curvature, I would get newer problems every year. Costochondritis, rotator cuff, chondromalacia patella. Now I realize how body is so connected. Fixing some of my curvature eased costochondritis, sternum pain. Still working on the shoulder. During spine rehab, lot of quad exercises were added and since I had recovered from covid just then, that took a heavy toll on my knee. Using your videos have helped a lot. But I was wondering if you consult one on one, I could understand my case better.

@epmanualphysicaltherapy Thank you very much for being ever so kind to reply to my comments over a period of days. I can't tell you how many times I have already brought up your work before my ortho, friends, telling them the misconception about glutes. Everybody is in disbelief when I first tell them that quad strengthening is making it all worse. I stopped doing it, and there's more comfort now. I have also responded to another thread about my interest in the knee program as I have looked up the details. I will plan on affording the dollars and also how the consult timing could work, as I'm based in India. Hopefully, all my diagnosis (og grade 1 acl issue, mild meniscus tear, and rough cartilage) fits into the program.
Hey Dr.! Are there any safe multifidis exercises to do with t4 syndrome? I was recently diagnosed with t4 and your exercises are really helping. My chiro told me that I need to get the deep back muscles working as well. What do you recommend?

Hello. I hope you can answer my question. My pain is in the T4 area but on the left of my back, not in the actual middle. Is that considered T4 syndrome? Would these exercises help for that area as well ?
Big greetings for you! It doesn't hurt when I'm sleeping, I'm fine with lying on my side, on my back... But with some movements, pulling up my pants, taking off my sneakers, it hits me like a needle.
Thank you so much Dr. David. I just started the exercises you advised on T4 syndrome, and I could really feel the improvement. Way back, they said my hip had some slight arthritis and maybe sciatic nerve issue. I suffered so much pain and gradually decline my exercises over the years. But with you exercises, the pain completely disappeared. And now I could do my exercises again on a regular basis. And I will follow your advice on other parts of the body for preventive and maintenance. Again, my gratitude 🙏 🕊️
