Thank you for your video. I have a question about a POS Rescue Session, that maybe you can help me. I had a session that was opened between the 30th Dec and 2nd Jan at 08:27:50 am. However, the system created a rescue session on 2nd Jan at 10:23:43. I mean, the rescue session was created almost 2 hours after the session "rescued" was closed. Is there any error in the creation of the rescue sessions or could be some mistake made by the users? Thank you in advance!
Hi ,If POS Cashier close the session without entering counted cash then it will be posted in general ledger and it will be showing that balnce 0 how to rectify this
is there a way we can fix the openning balance for POS to be a set ammount that does not change. so at end of the closing day, the cashier can withdraw the sales figures and the intial OP to remain the same

@@syedtalhaalam It was 2 problems together. I did not have emails in employees. So after applying Your solution and filling emails for employees everything works good now.
