Here is the brief explanation for the problem and solution steps.
Set pos cash account to zero after one pos session and start with zero for another pos session.
In the above case, we encounter cash loss cases.
In this video I show how to control this problem.
Here are the steps:
step 1. after pos session is closed, do internal transfer from pos cash to another account (cash on hand or bank).
step 2. Then write the statement for that internal transfer and reconcile with the internal transfer transaction (created from step 1)
In your second day, open the pos session with starting balance zero.
(as soon as this is happening, the loss amount is showing in accounting side)
You need to cancel that loss transaction.
