Hey Nate what twin fin and trailer set up do you use? Used MR tx twin and trailer in bigger conditions today not sure for me it was the right set up. Thinking about trying as thruster. Had some great surfs and waves but not finding it the easiest to get dialed in. Thanks Jon
Did you ever manage to find the sweet spot? Ive just picked one up myself so if you could have any input on fin setup or type, that would be appreciated. Cheers
Dandenio if for me I ended up selling the RNF. Did have good waves but prefer my straight thruster. I found the AMT twins best with a tiny centre fin. Best set up for me. I'm now back on a dumpster diver and loving it cheers Jon
@@jonkennard8272 Thanks for the reply my dude, much appreciated. Fair enough, cant beat a good thruster! My board has the FCS boxes so ive opted for the 2+1 MR twin fins, see how they are. Cheers
@@Lightblue33- Hey Bro, sorry for the delayed reply. I love the mr 2+1 setup, so much so I havent felt the need to try any other setups on the board. For me its a great and would definately reccomend it. That being said, due to not trying other setups I dont have anything to compare it to :D. Let me know what you opt for and if you like it. I'm sure you'll love the board either way!
For those of us who we're lucky enough to grow up here in San Diego at Sunset Cliffs we grew up riding twin fin fishes. Yeah we had thrusters and longboards and all kinds of boards but the fishes we had were keel fin and MR templates. My opinion and most opinions here in the cliffs if you're going to ride a twin don't put a trailer fin in there it's kind of a no no especially leashes are a No-No as well.
What a great little edit on this Lost board and Nate is shredding!!!
This video sold me and just got the 5'8" Lib Tech version
Just got the 5'10" Lib Tech, great video!
says his fav is MR 2+1 but in all the footage where he's ripping he's got a thruster set up.. not sure what to believe here...
I noticed that too.
What's the max wave size this can handle?
