Thank you. That was very helpful. I bought my iPhone SE and OtterBox case from a Verizon store. They put the phone in the case, so I didn't know exactly how to get it out of the case. Something small got under the screen protector, and all I saw every time I looked at my phone was this black dot on the screen. SO annoying! Once I saw your video, I removed the phone, cleaned everything, and now the annoying black dot is gone. Perfect! Thanks again.
