Sorry for your loss man. Song reminds me of an Alex G song; one of my favorite artists. Or also an Attic Abasement or a Crywank song. I've been longing for a closer relationship with my own father. Let music be an expression of your feelings and also a catharsis from them

Thank you so much for the wonderful comment. I appreciate that. I am doing my best to cope with it. It’s just been hard last couple months. I agree it’s a good way to let out some of your sorrow.
