I love my fold!! You can make the keyboard on the inside screen one (not split). When you have the keyboard open press the icon in the centre at the top of the keyboard (to the right of the translate icon) and that will make the keyboard normal and not split.
Thank you. I was worried about that. The split version is (IMHO) ugly.

This is the best video I have seen on the Google Fold with a lot of good suggestions. I have the Pixel 7 Pro and would love to switch to a foldable phone. I might wait until next year though

One thing for sure is that this fold phone needs a pen more than those that do not fold. For Working with picture editing programs and stuff like that. (Written from a pixel fold)

Looking forward to your actual review, Mike. I just got my Fold yesterday, so I'm still evaluating it. I like it so far, but it is one heavy device. Not sure I'll be able to get used to that. (The weight and width of the iPhone 13 Pro Max made me return that device).
100 g heavier than a pixel 7. As heavy as ipad mini. Hmmm so it's like a tablet folded in half, with more screens and cameras.
Google didn't have to pay me a dime. This phone is awesome, I have an S23 ultra, pixel 7 pro, 14 pro, Redmagic 8 pro, among other devices, my pixel fold is by far my favorite device for a ton of reasons, but the main reason is the form factor and ease of use with this device... you should try and enjoy a device if you can afford it and stop trying to downgrade other devices because you probably have brand loyalty and can't stand to see another device that is not yours getting some positive feedback. Good day.
@@RJ_Uploads Um, not sure what all you're going on about. I wasn't slandering the Pixel Fold in any way. My comment about Google paying for certain TH-camrs to promote the Fold was just one of surprise because Google has, historically, not advertised the Pixel lineup all that much.
And please don't go running your mouth off about people you know nothing about, dude. That's just rude. I am one of the last people on this planet who would have brand loyalty. I swear loyalty to no company/product. That would be sheer idiocy.

So I've seen this phone in store. How do you change the icons. In store they have this really ugly cream colored icons and I hate it

No lie, it was within an hour of unboxing. I honestly was not planning on switching to the fold (it takes a while to move my esim, sign into accounts, etc.) but then I cracked the screen with my Apollo Pro 😂
Definitely google will change the screen aspect ratio.. why because the people like it .. why the do that because they are google

Being upfront with the sponsorship doesn't make you any less of a sellout though. Being sponsored makes it impossible to look at the product from a neutral perspective, which should be the starting point for any serious analysis.

This is an informative video discussing what features he found useful on the new pixel fold. A device that many of us have not used so it's no e to see his opinion considering he has experience with both Samsung, Apple, and other tech companies. Just cause he does a sponsored video doesn't make him a sell out. That's if he went 100% fanboy with a single company. This is not the case here.
