- Would you remortgage your property, work 5 jobs, and borrow money from friends and family, so that you can give work - and dignity - to people with disabilities? The founder of Dignity Kitchen, Koh Seng Choon, did, even when told what he wanted to achieve was "not possible".
It's a social enterprise that trains and hires the disabled, the disadvantaged and the marginalised, including former inmates, single mums, the deaf, and those with mental illnesses.

You need to have a relationship with God. And accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you will then be saved and be able to go to Heaven. No good deeds will take you there. We are saved by grace through faith in God. This man Mr. Koh is a very kind heart and I do wish him the best I also pray he accepts Jesus

I’m a novice animator with ADHD, and I aspire to build up an animation production company in Singapore. I really want to open my doors to those who have physical disabilities, as well as to my fellow neurodivergent people, and hire them to be placed in roles where they can help to materialise the stories I’m thinking about. I also want my productions to paint people in minority groups (including disabled and neurodivergent individuals) in a positive light. I’m still a teen now so I have a long way to go, but hopefully I can create a successful team that is friendly to those with disabilities.
Thank you for making this video. It’s heartwarming to see that people in Singapore are willing to recruit those with disabilities, both to reduce stigma and to give them chances and opportunities at a normal life.

This government is super rich, they need to do more helping the disabled, indigent elderly and those with mental problems within Singapore society. . instead of just paying own self with big salary and good employment benefit.

Koh Seng is an awesome guy. Had the privilege of meeting him when he was "just a business man", and 15 years later I was reintroduced as part of my video series. Truly showing a better path exists when building businesses, and solving problems our citizens and cities face.

The man is such a hypocrite, i used to work in a company that hired him as a consultant .. instead of looking at the issues that the staff faced and why they are not performing as the bosses took all the big clients and service themselves leaving all the scraps for the sales people. When the sales staff couldn't perform he suggested that the company replace them. Instead of conducting interviews and meet the clients to better understand the situations and provide a long-term solution to the company, he took the easy way out !! He has no regards for others' livelihood. All you people singing his praises omg ....cos u were not affected by his actions. Losing one's job because of someone's recklessness is an awful thing to experience especially when you are the breadwinner. May god not bless this awful man!!This is just another business venture for him. If u can't see it .. then too bad.
Hi there! I am so confused - this man was an engineer, I believe, and this dignity project is about training disabled people to work in the F&B industry; the situation you described is a consultant for sales/marketing? Is this a case of mistaken identity? Are you perhaps mis-identifying him?
