Whats in my Tire?

So This is the way it usually goes! You need the gator and the tire is flat. Fill it up and its leaking air fast! After close inspection of the tire reveals a mystery item has impaled my brand new tire. I did however pugged the tire with two jerky plugs and some silicone! Knock on wood its still holding air. I thought it was an arrowhead at first but its prolly just a rock. Let me know what ya think!

I'm no expert but that looks like an Arrow head from an Indian was there a tribe that lived in the area where you were working?
