What a beautiful motorhome. I’m actually looking at this exact model and year. It’s in Orlando with 17,000 miles. Please. How is the reliability ? We currently have a 2014 itasca meridian 40u and we absolutely love the quality and reliability, especially the 3 Coleman A/C, they come in very handy since we live in south Florida and do most of our camping here. Can you please tell me of any issues you’ve had with the coach ?
It’s been very good. I bought it new. No major problems. My initial problem were all small fit and finish. They fixed it all under warranty. No problems since. Had a headlight go out, but Winnebago replaced it for free under warranty. Keep it up and do the yearly maintenance and it should last. I had a 2007 Itasca Ellipse and it was definitely built better back in 2007. The part of this RV is the chassis, it was the best Winnebago ever had. This the one they had the Grand Tour. It rides like a dream. The AC a is great we were in Glacier National Park in July in 100f and it kept us cool.

Hi we are looking at buying a horizon and are concerned about Winnebago no longer supporting this model? we come from a tiffin red and fell in love with the interior. Has anyone ran into service issues?
Winnebago supports all of their model for 10 yrs. The front and back caps are forever. Winnebago has the best parts department of any manufacturer. This unit has been very good for us in the past 2 + years.
The lounge chair my wife and I refer to it as the waked out chair.
