    Pero mas delikado din ang gulay at fruits sa Market kasi mataas ang mga pormaline na pinagbabaran at kahit sa fruits ganon din ang proseso ito ay binababad sa Pormaline para kung tingnan ay akala mo ay sariwa at bago..maraming gumagawa nyan sa Market, mas mainam kung sariling tanim sa bakuran..

      Actually, its just partially true that weath is health. Cno ba nakaka afford kumain sa mga fast foods, d ba ung mga may kaya, cno ba my kakayahan bumili ng mga bacon, ham, hotdog, d ba mga may kaya. Ung mga mahihirap, ngkakasakit d dahil sa mga cancerous foods kundi dahil sa kulang sa nutrients

      The rich (wealthy) has choices to buy fastfood or healthy food. Pero dahil mas aware ang mga mayayaman tungkol sa better choices ng pagkain at afford din nila, they could make better choices than us, the middle class and poor. But here's the good news, you may be poor, but also aware abt healthy choices. By then, makakagawa ka ng decisions depende sa lifestyle at economic status mo. :)

      Sa supermarket po madalas may mabibiling basil leaves. Pero kung wala po kayo makita, pwede po itong palitan ng dahon ng celery o kaya ay dahon ng kinchay.
      Madalas ko pong ginagawa ang ganoong luto sa pasta. Italian dish po yan na kilala sa tawag na 'pasta aglio e olio' (aglio = garlic, e = and, olio = olive oil). Blessings po!

    Papanong healthy?, piniprito din! Walang healthy na compromised! Wala masiyadong alam ito sa ginagawa niya! Ang olive oil ay hindi ginagamit pang prito!, pag ginamit mo ang olive oil especially pang deep-frying, pinapatay mo properties niya at nagche-change ang chemical composition! Instead na healthy, it turns into saturated fat!!! In Mediterranean countries, other than for salad dressings, they use olive oil at the end of cooking. Binubuhusan nila ng olive oil ang dish pagka patay ng apoy ng niluto. Hindi dapat talaga ito ginagamit pang deep-fry. Even for a light frying for fish fillet or for chicken breast, butter ang gamit nila, hindi olive oil! His way of using olive oil is adulterated!!!

    Bakit kailangan pa ang fermented foods kung may fresh food naman na nabibili? Yun fermented food kasi ay maraming inilalagay na preservatives kaya hindi din maganda sa kalusugan. The best pa din ay fresh fruits and vegetables at iwas karne ng baboy o palaging karne ay hindi maganda sa katawan. Magiging obese ka pa at soon may heart disease ka na lalo na't tamad kang mag-exercise. Iwas na lang sa junk food at eat healthy foods na natural or organic. Lamang ang problema ay budget dahil mahal ang bilihin lahat pag mahirap ang tao lalo na't maraming anak sa isang pamilya.

    Thanks for the info. Sana ay ang mga ginagamit ay mga Ingredients na lahat ay maitatanim o mabibili sa Palengke. Sana ang mga counterparts na mga Fruits and Vegetables na available sa Phil. How about Sesame and Squash Seeds? Malunggay Leaves , neutral din ang lasa nito. Coconut Virgin Oil instead of Olive Oil. Many Philippines Fruits available nationwide and whole year. Mas masusunod ito sa mga Probinsiya at mahihirap na mga Kababayan dahil hindi nila kailangan bumili ng mahal na makakain. Bukod pa, wala silang mga hospitals o kaya pambayad pag nagkaroon nga ng Cancer. Thanks and GOD bless!

    Pipino po ang #1 kc mabibili ito kahit saan at affordable. At madami pang ibang gulay at prutas sa pinas na pang linis ng colon sana yon ang pag aralan ng mga doctor natin at wag yang mga imported na di naman kaya ng lahat.     You should try HOT MILK TEA with Ginger or so called "Teh Tarik Haila" . This is a popular drink in Malaysia. Just steep any black tea in a cup of boiled water, put slices of fresh ginger then stir in with 1oz. of condensed milk.

    Bakit mga lolo at lola natin umaabot ng 80,90 even 100 years old?? Generasyon ngayon swerte na aumabot ng 60yo.. mga oldies naten matibay Xe organic kinakain nila? Madalas galing lang sa likod bahay. Huhugasan pakukuluan tpos ok na.. kahit di masarap mga boss try natin especially slimy vegetables. Example saluyot, okra, malunggay atbp.. yan nakalakihan ko.. try nio lang mga ser at mam baka makatulong..

      Barek 24 , exactly korek ka diyan, the veggies you mentioned that’s my number one food in my fridge, include sayote , spinach, tamarind, all kind of veggies and fruits, sa fruits medyo lilo sa mga sweet fruits like mangoes, bananas, suha , oranges, you can eat Pero hinayhinay Lang.

    Sarap fresh potato & carrots for chicken soup cut into small cubes ang potatoes & carrots with onion & garlic with black pepper & salt with Maggie cubes only!
