- yo! this was a school assignment and I thought i should post it on here for funzies! dont mind it literally being 6 fps. it was so hard to animate it at that low of a frame rate but it was over 800 frames already and my patience was running thin sooo...

yo I'm literally just going into high school after summer, and this seems like pretty good advice! Since I'm always ahead of my class I'm really planning to blast through as much work as possible so I can relax for the rest of high school
Hey! I'm going into 10th grade, but this video still makes me feel a lot better about things. Last year was my first year of public school, but my friend is moving to another school. I feel like I'll have to start over with the new public school experience since I don't really know anyone. This video is extremely helpful and I hope lots of people see it, thank you so much! (I love the advice you gave for making friends:)
I'm definitely not graduating middle school (I'm actually in college, lol) but this popped up in my recommendations and I decided to give it a look! This is great stuff, and really encouraging as well!! All of these are definitely good points.
Wishing all the rest of you in the comments luck in your high school endeavors! Remember to do the work yourself, aka no AI, because otherwise you're shortchanging yourself. You're not learning if you use ChatGPT or anything like that even though that's what you come to school for. You deserve better than that, you deserve to improve by your own merit. (Also, the planet's already burning and generative AI is making it worse. You guys also deserve a future, so make sure you steer away from that stuff)

Hey, thats completely fair! It's a whole scenery change. Just like you are, there are a lot of other kids who are worried too! You wont be alone in this. My sister is going into grade 9 and she has voiced similar thoughts. Grade 9 is a lot of fun and you tend to make the most friends that year! You find a friend or two... Or even form a group, and then you're typically set for a long while. If this isn't the case its alright. You get 8 clases every year, thats a lot of new people who could potentially be your friend. Also, lessons aren't as difficult in grade 9 because the teachers have to be aware that everyone is comming from different 8th grade teachers. I dont know if that helped at all or not but i think you'll have a lot of fun :))

Congratulations!! I judt graduated grade 10. I'll give you a heads-up for your 10th year- (this isn't always the case but I've seen it with other people too) grade 10 might be a little hard on you. Its usually not the school work but mental health that makes it difficult. A lot of people in grade 11 find themselves redoing grade 10 classes because they let their grades slip too much. I believe in you and judt focus on dling your best without pushing yourself and you'll be okay

IEP or 504 plan is a thing that says what you can do to help you with learning like if you get extra time on tests.

is grade nine basically year nine in England?
I had to look it up, grade 9 for us is equivalent to year 10. For most western countries, grade 9 is the first year in highschool so basically just look at this as a welcoming to highschool for no matter what grade or year. Im not sure how schools work there but if they're based off of two semesters each school year then this should still be applicable
