These have been peg warmers at every WM around me for a couple months almost. I like the VW and the 935 but cant bring myself to spend 30$ to get them..yet
My local Walmart(s) still has the Rally and/or the Jay Leno Garage box sets as shelf warmers (I got more than one of each) So I don't know if my local stores will even get this Same issue with Team Transports
In Australia we still have the team transport series with the alfa romeo and impala warming the pegs. Pretty behind cos no ones putting up newer sets while they still there. Same with the BMW 2pk
@@mitchellbennett3695 Over here the Hydrojet and the Impala are pegwarmers My local Walmart had 2 of the Impala Team Transport left and are long overdue to get new releases (the Porsche and the Willys were the last ones they had)
That Jay Leno diorama set might be the worst idea hot wheels have ever had 😂 the stockists in my country halved the usual RRP on them within about a week of release! 😂

The blurry dot matrix wrap really ruins the 917. Not sure how Hot Wheels sticks to such poor technology when Lionel can do far superior wraps on $5 cars.
VW is the highlight. Strange for the hauler to be better than the cars. They could have picked much better Porsches and made an astronomically amazing set, but they missed the mark again.
@@CorysDieCastDen935 suffers from the same smaller wheel on the rear than the front as the mazda 787b by HW. I don't know why they do it. They don't even make the rear tyre big enough to compensate the difference in overall diameter. So you just end up with a car with reverse rake and an odd looking side profile. 😢
@@CorysDieCastDen in the motorsport world the psychedelic martini 917 is considered one of the most beautiful race cars of all time behind the traditional martini racing colors and of course Gulf. The 911 R is awesome. I know that to most collectors, the Porsches can look a little same-y, but those who love em can really appreciate them.
the best diorama set yet
100%
They ripped off majorette

Really?? I think it's kinda pedestrian.
Renndienst is German for Race Service in English. And is a actual Porsche thing
I just opened 2 case with these in them last night at Walmart. Awesome looking.
Just got this set but I wasn’t intending too till I saw it. Very cool and glad I did.
Good luck, everyone. Scalpers gonna hoard the hell out of this.
Plenty of greedy collectors who wipe out the pegs and shelves man. It's not just scalpers!

Awesome Porsche vintage racing diorama premium garage box set you got, you open up, and you reviewed congrats.👍
I really hope to catch this, I’m a big Porsche enthusiast/fan so this would be awesome to add to my Porsche collection
Can't beat a Brumos liveried Porsche. The only decoration more iconic than that are the Martini or Gulf liveries
Oh dear God.
I will neverf see this at Walmart.
I actually see them all the time on my Walmart, nobody want them, the are even ar 15$
Im happy to finally see the hippie livery in the 917lh premium
just picked this one up today actually. really awesome set!

Same deal at my local Walmart!
All of em around here have gotten zero new premiums in months, other than the mix with Rotsun and Forza Escort

935 is lit 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Maybe I'll see that set at my Walmart.
Amazing diorama
Look it up!!!! The WHOLE damn internet and you can't look up Renndienst? Prepare.........geeeezzzzz
My favorite is the green and blue one!
Got mine yesterday at walmart, i love it!
Best Diorama set ever
As Mattel continues with their Hot Wheels Transformers series that white Porsche is going to be Jazz for sure.
What a great set. Doubtful that I will see it in Montreal.
Honestly, I’m getting this case mainly for the 911 R and the Volkswagen.
Just picked mine up at Walmart today
Nice Majorette inspired set
I know I just seen a majorette set I was about to buy it and I swear it looked just like this but without the vw which to me was better
Thought the same
Can't wait!!! I will get two.
I’m never gonna see the light of day of this set 😭
I found these at Walmart last week
Very cool castings lamley group
Found 1 yesterday, i was surprised
Picked mine up yesterday. Other 3 gone this morning.
they should have brought the 918 in this set would’ve worked great!
Very nice 👍
Dream set
Is the 935 a recast? The side scoops are totally different from what I remember
❤ Toyota GR Corolla ❤️
Special
I dont buy diorama sets. Not a big fan but, this one is really nice i like might pick it up. We'll see.
Should I pick it up for 23$?
Theres 6 sets on my walmart not many collectors around here
Lucky I found two at mine and took one and my friend did it’s cause we collect we don’t resell
Renndienst is pronounced "renn-deenst". As opposed to english, german always pronounces -ie- the same if it isn't an exotic loan word or proper name.
Diorama picture looks like the Dunlop tire at Lemans
Yes, and it's pre-2002, when additional turns were added between the Dunlop bridge and the original esses.
and ppl standing right beside the track old school! rlmao....@@trev3971
Not flat nose, Porsche 935 “slant nose”
As cool as this set is I still wish these were more diorama like the original Nissan set and the fast and furious one
911 is sweet, but I'm not buying the whole set just to get it.
I feel like I’m the only one who isn’t crazy about this. I like the 911 and hauler lol. The other two just don’t appeal to me much

Agreed, the 917 looks stupid imo lol. Their detailing on premiums could be so much better
i’ll never stop saying it IM TIRED OF PORSCHE
meh...I do not feel that set. I have had my finger at the trigger here in Germany a couple of times but something holds me back....

I thought I was the only one. Not very impressed tbh. 917 paint looks lame and I’m just not crazy about the 935 casting
