    This is how physics should be taught in school. Not "here's a few formulas and exercises - now study for the test!"

    • @benwilms3942
      @benwilms3942 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I'm not sure we're you're from, but where I'm from, saying 'here's a few formulas- study for the test' was exaclty how our schooling went, and it was garbage. I think this bloke demonstrates the difference between someone who likes share and likes to see the penny drop, as opposed to a teacher whom only wants to get paid for 40 hours a week.

      I understand people don't like it; I have gotten several complaints. But I ask you for your patience: The videos really sound awful to me if I don't do it, full of awkward silences and breathing. This is the best compromise I can come up with to be able to put out videos I'd be willing to watch myself.

    Man... I hope more and more people have access to your videos. I was having a really hard time to understand the fundamentals of electromagnetism... and you explained it REALLY CLEARLY what I needed to understand... a big THANK YOU!! subscribed!

    This man destroyed my confusion on electromagnetism, buried it, dug it up and smacked it around some more just for good measure.

    I’ve always wondered how you had electricity and magnetism at the same time. This video explains it very well. Without electricity you have no magnetism with electricity you have magnetism. Both happen together. Thank you for the video.

    All the school and Technion years haven't managed (or tried, really) to explain it to me.
    You did that in under 20 minutes!

    For the first time I understand what electromagnetism really is. In school I knew the math and wave but I never knew what they really are fundamentally. Thankyou sir, For sure this is simply put.

    Ok, I understand that electrons do not actually jump from one wire to another when they are connected in a circuit.
    They just start moving in sync in the wire without leaving it.
    And this movement in sync is because of the electric charge.
    But how is the electric charge created if the electrons do not migrate between the wires?

    Nice. Yes, I’m one who seeks a general understanding of electromagnetism without a particular purpose in mind other than raising my science and engineering IQ. I used to wonder where all the electrons came from when electricity is generated from a moving magnate, that based on having heard electric current is similar to water moving through pipes. So I think I’m conceptually past that now in so far as understanding that an electric current is not a river of electrons flowing at the speed of light, but rather a general trend of a pressure front moving in the direction of current flow. Is it true that Science has not yet settled the question, “What is an electron?”?
