Nickelback have a diverse range of music but after The Long Road they started prioritising thier love songs and ballads over thier heavier songs for radio releases. Contrary to the belief of most people, Nickelback never lost thier sound nor did they lose the ability to bust out a good rock/heavy track they did however lose thier ability to properly market thier music by withholding thier better tracks in favour for the tracks that were more popular for the music of the era.
