The song IF were written by Michael Nyman to text by Roger Pulvers and for inclusion in the Japanese animated feature film "The Diary of Anne Frank" (1995), director Seiya Araki. During World War II, a teenage Jewish girl named Anne Frank and her family are forced into hiding in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands.
Libera gave the song a new level. Great job Libera, great job Daniel White.

i have seen Libera 3 times over the past 10 years and have played their music at both my Fathers and now my Mothers 😪

I'm sure this wasn't an easy recording to make due to the pandemic, but despite everything you are giving us a new highly hyped album. I think it probably took a little bit longer than usual, some soloists voices broke in the meantime, but the album is here and we cannot be happier! And please, consider a vinyl version 😉.

I just now discovered this new delight. Such gifts of music. Like an island oasis of harmony in a sea of discordant noise. Thank you virtuous muscians for using your gifts to create something beautiful in the universal language of uplifting music. The boys also are the sound of hope. This counts as a powerful addition to uplifting choral content such as the The Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square. Now I have another favorite.

This specific song sung by a child that's around Anne Frank's age when the occupation occurred, adds a deeper level of intensity to its message.
The harmonies stunning as usual, but the solo was on point, don't mean to underestimate the current members but no one could've deliver this solo like Daniel did, as his voice has a feeling of "old soul" to it. Bravo LIBERA.
Unfortunately Ann Frank didn't live to see her ifs become true.
Libera have been one of my wishes come true for several years...their singing is like what I can only imagine what it sounds like in heaven.

I really enjoyed attending the performance on 8/3/23 at Bel Air Church, It's always fun to make your wishes come true. When Libera returns again to the US I wish to attend multipool performances, hopefully all of them.

@@beanbag884 We still have a lot of them. I just think it's nice to insert a DVD or Bluray and then watch a complete concert. Especially in the dark season I do this very often. Amazon prime would also work.
