I agree losing is one thing but the way they lost esp in Columbus was inexcusable. rebuilding, injuries, etc. are no excuse for a team (supposedly) fighting for a PO spot losing 6-2 to CBJ.
Great coach. Only weak snowflakes don’t like him. He holds players accountable. He’s old school. And this weak generation doesn’t like that. People want a coach who coddles players. That’s never been him. I feel bad for him. He doesn’t know what more to say. This is a team full of scrubs. We need talent.
I'm glad Tort's is the Flyers coach, those who don't like him because he benches players who don't contribute should go watch another team. The Flyers are a very young team, the aged players are on the down-side of their careers, and the youth is in a bit of a slump. I'd love to see Cates, Frost, and Foerster start get back in the scoring groove.
Corrections? This team is beyond corrections. They will never realistically compete without elite talent, not average talent that they already have. Flyers just not a ready fir prime time talented team. Maybe in 5 years but I doubt it.

Hes benched Frost and Sanheim since hes been here and they came back and played better. Coots hasn't played well enough this year at times but its understandable since he's coming back from a serious injury. I like that he holds all his players accountable even the so-called untouchables.

Yes, the goaltending has gone south lately. It seems to coincide with the fact that defensively we're giving up allot more 10 bell chances than we did the first 65 games of the season.
