its the revolver reflooding sound, the spy only reloads his normal guns once. so it makes that sound every time a wepon plays its reload animation. (just my best idea on what in the fresh hell that is)

To build things with a wrench as Spy, you have to type in the command console "build 1", "build 2", "build 3", or "build 4".
