It was so refreshing to hear Tina talk about her process of acknowledging her privilege. After realizing that I'm shockingly close in age to her it was just nice to hear someone talk candidly about a situation similar to my own where I know I'm at an "objectively good" position in life for my age/whatever but being in this position typically means that you're surrounded by a lot of other privileged people, some much more so than you, and you can't help but think about how having some of the comfort they have could make your life better. Learning to truly practice gratitude and consciously acknowledge the good things in our lives, and thinking about how we can make the most of those things rather than fixate on what we think we could/should have has really helped me make my own happiness and derive more meaning in life. Learning to be grateful is something all of us can afford to be better at and I think makes us all kinder to each other

I think its important to talk abt privilege, i think sometimes its hard to acknowledge or notice your own privileges when you have friends that are more privileged than you. Im only a teenager and when i compare myself and my life experiences to my school friends' experiences i notice my privillege for being able to be living and haved lived abroad in a few countries, but than i compare myself to my rich ass friends that come from like old money and stuff and im like "am i really privileged" the answer probably is yes, but its weird

everytime when people complain on the internet that they are broke, i always remind them having intenet is a form of privilege in of itself. People always say that poor people are just lazy cos there are so many useful skills that you could learn online for free, but they dont realise not everyone have internet access/device to access free wifi
Privilege shouldn't be thought of a characteristic a person has but rather as the things that give us advantages.
For example, being a man or woman doesn't make you privileged. It just gives you certain privileges depending on the situation
What I'm trying to get at is that we shouldn't look down on people because they had some advantages in life. Everyone has their own unique struggles

Biggest lesson for me is understanding what I am capable of. Creating content, or really starting a business, or being a musician etc, these are all paths that a lot of people may cause doubt over. I really learned that it's so important to believe in your own success and to not give in to people that doubt your capabilities.
Creating content also really made me more introspective. I never considered myself a creative person or someone with a lot of... opinions to be honest growing up. In a way, by talking into the camera it forced me to open up and address things I wouldn't have asked twice in my life. It really made me question myself a lot and thus in turn help me grow.
I think I'd love to challenge myself in the near future to a different venture. I love content, editing, filming and etc but I also wanted explore what else I am capable of. Currently I'm mostly a one-man team, but learning how to be a good leader is something I"m striving towards at the moment!

I think the purpose and need for acknowledging one's privilege, and there are many different kinds of privilege, is summed up by that quote at the beginning of The Great Gatsby: "whenever you feel like criticizing someone, remember that everyone in the world hasn't had the same advantages that you've had..."

Follow up question, you mentioned chasing views, do you ever feel pressure to talk about personal stuff because it does numbers?
2) Have you ever said anything to us in a video that you regret?
3) Your channel has become sizeable, do you have a business manager? Or any employees?
