One thing to correct, sensible students are only 0.01%. Rest were all PR focused and this is the truth.

Shaneel ji earth pe aao, My sister studied here and then she prepared for her exam and she cleared Resident Physiotherapy Exam and got licence But Problem is she want T4 to get her PR but the Employer said that he will give T4A which is for self Employed for which she can't Get PR. Now what should we do..? Getting the Candian licence before PR is just a waste . Now he is paying 45 dollars per HR but if we want T4 he will give 17 dollars per HR ,So what is the Answer to this.? Being a skilled and licenced is a Curse now.

Hey it is not curse , it's the taxation and matching which an employer has to do for the employee even if he hires at 17 at hour he will have to match thrice or quad the amount of 17 which will cover her benefits, EI, CPP or other schemes which in being run in the industry , so she becomes so expensive for the employer , option out either move to different province or city where she can get 37.5 hours week, and it's a profession where you obviously work over 37.5 , find a good canadian (white) IC who can show pathway

It's not "thrice or quad" the amount. Yes, it's more "expensive" to hire an employee but this is an exaggeration. So if someone hires you as an employee at $17/hour the actual cost is around $18.29/hour plus benefits. Compare that against $45/hour and that's a huge difference. Unfortunately, this employer seems to be taking advantage of the situation more than anything. Which is what a lot of employers do in our community, shamefully. @@PardeepSingh-ic2lt

You have to find a sponsor for apprenticeship who can send you school after 1400 hours yearly of on field hand practise for 8 weeks , this can go from 4 to 5 years in total , but in canada only white origin business owners give sponsorship, rest desis are not even identified by Canadian standards and industry, you can go to school directly and complete 8 * 4 weeks or depending and then find a job but still that remains as an apprentice , bcoZ in canada all the trade programs have license achievement to them and it requires a lot to grab an opportunity, one thing everyone needs to understand that if a Tamilian starts to live in punjabi community he will not be accepted and trusted by Punjabis similar way you have to do way more out of your comfort to gain acceptance and trust of white business owners here, so if you arrive as a student for carpentry course you will be issued a training agreement which is like learning license but no Desi or Indian business know about , well everyone knows the abuse of LMIA , best of luck have fun

This is not a problem or issues only with international students, if you notice 95 % who are coming in canada as a Permanent resident they comes under skilled workers category that's why they got direct Permanent residency even though they are doing odd jobs, warehouse jobs, doing UBER, DRIVING TRUCKS. HOW IT IS JUSTIFIED TO THEM. THE FACT IS THIS SYSTEM IS CORRUPT AND THEY ARE FULLY AWARE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW THEY EXPLOIT SKILLED WORKERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.

Does not matter brother from where you come , it's the work culture and emotional intelligence, you have to understand that it's not just literacy which makes you skilled it's the overall education , behaviour, habits , acceptance of culture , language proficiency which enables them, i am also a PR from India came here directly as PR and got jobs in mainstream skill which I excel in , so it's using the right approach and strategy
