got this error did all did work but get another error with it because ubisoft and game bar arent install so my error says “ content failed to load “ and then say “ please restart and try down load again” the second error message doesn’t show up if u have ubisoft and game bar installed
Actually, after rebooting the pc a second time following the repair you suggest, it was repaired. Problem was caused by windows update yesterday. Thanks anyway!
@@chacharealsmooth941 from my understanding this has been around for awhile. I've also seen rumors of people fixing it with straight hard resets but I know that can be a lot of work.
For most this works, you might try a hard reset if you have not tried that yet. There are a handful of people that just have to contact support unfortunately. It's a pain but at least you personal data and credit card is not being stolen off the PlayStation network.
i Got this problema with AC Valhalla,Apparently it is because the accounts are not linked (I have a new Xbox account) and when I enter the ubisoft portal it does not let me delete the previous account, only relink, so I have contacted support so that they delete the previous account from the root, perhaps maybe you have a similar problem
@MrSlvr2000 yeah I tried that along with checking for corrupt files as well. At this point I've decided to completely reinstall windows 11 as that's what the next step on Microsoft's Support column. Update: reinstalling Windows 11 DID infact work
@@zackfrojy8491 i finally solved it. i used a vpn to open ea player and changed my windows region to us. then it will apper and you can start the installation and disconnect the vpn!

Also make sure you try logging out of your account fully on your PC and in the Xbox app
Doing the repair, it gives out an error on most services and fixes nothing.
Are they investigating this?
