God bless Hoyo Team who work on Honkai Star Rail. Even in normal dialogue cutscenes, the lipsync of the characters and their dialogues in each DUB is well done. At least compare to Genshin, the characters lips here actually spell the word they say
It's their new AI technology where the lips react to audio, I believe this feature is available in Hangouts for Genshin, wish they did it for the main cutscenes too.

Every main ship is the size of a planet, so having the tech to create a robotic vessel for dying soul seem very achievable, especially when you consider their main enemy is Yaoshi the Abundance, who had followers that are basically immortal.

They're still using bows and Guandaos and spears and swords. They're surprisingly technologically advanced for how archaic and primitive their weapons.

you say that but sometimes depending on the questc the lips don't even moves
They used AI for the lip sync, you can see their mouth is not even moving when they not upclosed to the characters
