Probably because all the larger arenas during indoor pulling season are mostly set for football, basketball, and hockey. It would take big big bucks to fit a pull into the larger arena’s schedule during the time of year.
Maybe I am not understanding this comment, but I will take a stab at it. Most indoor pulls occur in the off season. The facilities have to be a decent size to pull this off to include staging and weighing in pullers. LARGE facilities! A lot are becoming pole barn buildings which are massive. I firmly believe each state needs a back up facility during the off season to switch venues in the event of rain outs. However each venue that booked and event must see to it that their staff is there to run it as they would their rained out event. It can't be the staff of the facility alone. But a rental fee would need to be paid and the original facility would be the benefactor. This is a long shot, but I think it could be possible especially during close points races. Calls to cancel would need to be made in advance and rules would need to be amended so that registered points pullers would be notified of venue changes.
Indoors are usually for the cold seasons, or large cities where the dwellers aren't going to drive 100 miles to counties that have facilities for outdoor tracks. Most outdoor are at fairgrounds properties, dirt race car tracks.
Would you believe noise? For example the Minnesota State Fair can no longer host pulls or oval track racing due to noise complaints from the surrounding community. Indoor motor sports events contain noise inside the facility. I urge attendees to use hearing protection, but enjoy the event.
@@bcgrittner Yep, we ran into that dirt track racing. My hometown even was sniveled about and that half mile was 3/4 mile outside city limits, and the closest house the other way was further. About the time I got out of racing the dirt they were talking about mufflers.
Okay. The dog was cool. The drive shaft sounded awful. But smoke, fire, and mishaps are all cool. There was one you couldn’t see the flame looking 2WD Chevy that lost its exhaust pipes on the left side. Maybe that one I could have left out.
@@Gadai25 I think you solved the mystery. Tape was under the hood somewhere, lost its stickiness and there was an open inlet on the turbo…or something like that.
Exhaust blanket straps. So as I am told, there is a smoke stack in the hood. So if something were to come loose like a strap and make its way into that exhaust smoke, it will further unravel that exhaust blanket. This happened twice in that video.
I love the dog hanging out at 3:58! Lol!!!
Great video, feel sorry for the truck's and tractor's 😮 thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
that dog is thinking "this is one weird field"🤣

Never in my life would I ever thought I'd see the Big Dogs Truck Sale's White Trucks Matter truck in these compilations
What? Why not? I mean we are after all talking about "Big Dogs Truck Sale's" online. That's the point I guess right?
Ah yes, the good old days, brother.
This is footage from 2024 sir. What are you talking about????
Ah yes good old days and new days in deed. My man has "gotta get back in time!"
Why so many indoor pulls where there is no room for it? It boggles me.

I have watch a lot of these videos and only one short clip I have seen were they are smart enough to keep fire extinguishers on the sled!
Nice😊
3:58 What da Dog doin
Riding!
Try and keep them straight and level so the cars do their best
8.30 burgandy dodge trk. what is coming out of his exhaust?
looked like maybe the wrap, you know the heat wrap must of got past the pipe and went thru the turbo im guessing
For a wild rides and fires video, there sure are a lot of plain normal pulls here....

Why do they use fire extinguishers the size of tins of hair spray???
Those are hip containers. The big ones are off to the sides of the track. And then fire staff is there too! Thanks for your concern.
How would a caterpiller scraper tractor do in this type of pulling?
8:30 the heck is that???
Right! I’m trying to figure out how a rope comes out of the exhaust. Maybe it’s a diesel thing 🤷♂️
Something like it at 12:15 also. New form of tapeworm that infests diesels??
Wondering the same. did it suck something in from the intake or what.
Heat protection tape? But inside?

Damn dude RIP all of these officials ears. So dumb to not wear ears for this stuff lol
Only one over performed.
