He was accidentally stabbed in the eye during filming here and was in severe pain and blindness for about a week or 2. Five months later, the eye flared up and his autoimmunity started a serious cascading relapse that put him out of commission for 2 months. He is just coming out of it now. Will be seeking new treatment in January.
