    I have just started my career and want to know how I can start from scratch and get better results.
    I don't want to use those methods which are being used by recruiters from the start but I want to use something different so that I can reach the candidate that is not being contacted by most of the recruiters but he is the good match.
    Because If everyone uses the same string and same search methodology, everyone will land to the same candidates and the same candidate may get calls from 10 people from the same organisation.
    I don't want to be in that category.
