so there was no customs? just from airplane to immigration then to pickup your checked luggage then outside?
So now on the way to immigration you get a first passport stamp for VOA then another at immigration to enter?. My last trip there was 2017. Still 30 days on that visa ? Thank you.

After leaving the plane you go through security, passport fingerprinting photo, then you go to which ever carousel for onboard luggage. All good.
I've been to many SE Asia airports , Suvarnabhumi is one of the better ones , it was very easy for me to navigate

As a business class passenger didnt you had option to go through fast track immigration? or is that only for passangers from Thaiairways?
Business class passengers can use the same lanes that are reserved for Thai nationals.

Suvarnabhumi may be the slowest airport at immigration, sometimes waiting there for over an hour. In the meantime your luggage gets stolen.... I rather fly to Kuala Lumpur and take some flight to Don Muang in Bangkok
