If those individuals were following you, filming and laughing at you, for any reason at all and you told them to stop but they continued anyway, ya finally had enough of the weirdos, wouldn't you or anyone, ask and say "what's funny?, get outta here" in a serious tone of voice? I would. I had a guy following me around in a mall, years ago, every time I'd walk in a store, he was almost next to me looking at the same rack of clothes. He did this 3 times, in 3 different stores. I finally did say to him in a loud enough voice for the entire store to hear me, " Are you following me? ". He took off and the store manager called mall security to walk me out to my car in parking lot. I was young, 19 or 20 and people do strange things. He was creepy and definitely following me. This was south Fla around the time, Adam Walsh was abducted and you know the rest of the story. No telling if would've followed me outside. Crazy sh*t happens all the time. And he wasn't shopping, he was looking at me and I could feel his eyeballs on me in each store I walked into. Btw, Justin did have his bodyguard with him, he just told them to get away from him so quickly, bodyguard didn't need to step in, they took off immediately. Lol. As far as the earthquakes, I have many relatives and a few friends who live in different areas in California and they seem to be used to them.
