I have really enjoyed watching her performances… What saddens me is that despite her matured understanding of music, she, probably because of her age, didn’t give an iota of credit to the concept of Psychedelic music, conceived beautifully by Pink Floyd band and their music… I felt any true music lover will ignore or dismiss or not mention, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Dire Straits, or Santana et al . Traces of Carnatic music tunes can be found in Santana or many such legends music.
I am also happy that my children enjoyed and loved the music that I exposed them to during their childhood… Although becoming a musician wasn’t their choice…
