Ngl Janks this video has been the most fun to watch in a while for me and OG World's Edge is definitely one of the best maps ever. This event is so much fun. Nobody is really trying to sweat rn ND everyone is just having fun

The original worlds edge map had the moving train. I remember because when the season launched the entire lobby tried to land on train. It was a sea of colors in the sky
Honestly love this event, game mode is fun, map is great, heirloom makes sense for the character instead of feeling kinda forced. All around great event
Honestly wasn't sure what to think of this mode just yet. While I love the atmosphere change (like I always do when it comes to the halloween event maps that turn darker) I wasn't fully sure on what the Rev skull did... I know by now but at first I'd just skip them. They're actually quite cool and I like the concept, just wish it was more around Halloween :)
I’m plat 2 going against preds in ranked meanwhile my teammates are bronze players. The ranked matchmaking is horrible. There no way they can convince me I’m good enough to go against pred players. I had a match with a 148k kill bloodhound in my lobby. I kid you not.
there is less than 10k players out of 18 million as of august 1st that have more than 30k kills, you aren't getting them game after game, its actually really hard to come across someone with 5k kills let alone higher. also play time and kills don't equate to skill, there are players with 100k kills that are really really bad, kills are just amount of time spent playing, doesn't mean improvement or skill was generated, there are many players with a few thousand hours that can't get a kill to save their lives, and there are people who come to this game and within 2 weeks are dropping 20 kills 4k damage.
*Out of nowhere came 6 Rev Shells, and now you'd think they'd be an accumulation of a full 3 stack, but no, it was just one man on a mission with 6 rev shells, the "Shell Enjoyer" oh and moose too.*
Great video from My FAVORITE Apex and canadian content creator. Btw is it just me or does revenant sound different and make new sounds in this event? (I don't mean the annoucer, I mean like the player)
Crazy how ltm's went from altering the game entirely (eg: regenerating shields and second chance from season 8) to "we added in one new throwable and made some loot bins annoying." The rev skulls at least look like a fun mechanic but they've really changed the definition of "game mode" over time. It also shows how starved the community has been for new content that everyone is so hyped over such small changes. Just my opinion tho 🤷♂️
It’s okay but it’s nothing new just adds skulls u can throw around but other then that this is similar I rather had just got holloween event unless they still have that planned for October
